Grave types published for this site
coffin choice graves, urn choice graves, lawn urn choice graves with a central memorial area, coffin row graves, urn row graves and lawn urn row graves.
Compare the options carefully
Distinguish choice and row graves, coffin and urn burial, and individually or communally maintained options. Not every available plot is offered in every form.
At Südfriedhof, the practical comparison is chiefly between individually maintained choice or row graves and lawn urn options with a central memorial area. For a lawn option, ask exactly where flowers or personal memorial items may be placed and which maintenance is provided by the cemetery authority.
Questions before deciding
Ask the cemetery administration about tenure, renewal, permitted burials, maintenance duties, design, fees and the exact location of the available section.
